Association of Innovative and Digital Education
NGO “Association of innovative and digital education” is a leader in innovative education in Ukraine, with unique experience in implementing over 200 projects with the support of major international donors, aimed at developing human capital, overcoming educational losses, integrating Ukrainians abroad, forming modern civic education, media literacy, human rights, language training, career guidance, and lifelong learning. We operate in two formats: online – our portfolio includes over 37 digital platforms, 500 online courses, and the Genocode UA podcast series; and offline – coordinating 48 Digital Learning Centers in Ukraine’s frontline regions and 27 Hubs in EU countries, as well as in the UK, the US, Turkey, and Japan, conducting active information campaigns, large-scale events, and research, and implementing projects funded by international donors.
Our main priorities and areas of work:
- Catching up on educational losses for children.
- Creation of multimedia courses in the international SCORM format and digital platforms.
- Coordination of the Network of Ukrainian Educational Hubs and Digital Education Centers in Ukraine and abroad.
- Human capital development and social mobility.
- Promoting the restoration of the cultural ecosystem in Ukraine and abroad by strengthening national identity among Ukrainian communities.
- Information literacy.
- Adult education and lifelong learning, training for civil servants, educators, community leaders, and ordinary citizens.
- Psychosocial support.
- Career guidance and counseling (for children and adults).
- Foreign language training (English, German, Polish) and conversation clubs.
- Conducting information and communication campaigns.
- Media literacy.
- Civic education (previously also e-democracy, digital literacy, human rights, youth policy).
We have a strong human potential — more than 100 experts, including 18 PhDs — as well as a high level of management and financial capacity, which is confirmed by a turnover of more than 2 million euros in 2024. Our achievements include both the digital transformation of education and the creation of safe educational environments and psychological support at the national level.
