Centre for Economic Strategy

The Centre for Economic Strategyv (CES) is a Ukrainian non-governmental research body which has been working on promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth since 2015. The Centre independently analyzes the most important aspects of public policies and works to strengthen public support for reforms. We do not support any political parties or political leaders.

In the Skills Alliance for Ukraine, CES has been represented with one commitment:

• CES conducts a survey of Ukrainian refugees.

• Since 2022, CES experts have been studying the situation and attitudes of Ukrainian refugees and the impact of their non-return on the Ukrainian economy.
Over this time, CES have released three waves of research on the number of Ukrainian refugees, how they live abroad, and what is needed to bring them back.
