Crisp
Crisp works in particular in the two fields of civil conflict resolution and political education. Through their activities, Crisp promotes a critical transnational democratic culture in which different groups enter into a constructive dialogue in order to overcome conflicts. All Crisp activities serve the international and intercultural understanding, the promotion of tolerance and democratic values. Through long-term projects, workshops and the development of innovative learning modules, Crisp contributes to a culture of non-violent conflict management. That is why Crisp also supports international networks of like-minded organizations and individuals and sees itself as part of a global community. Conflicts are perceived as an interpersonal phenomenon. People are less afraid of confrontations and at the same time have the necessary tools at hand to work on conflicts constructively before they escalate and become violent. This allows all parties involved to benefit. Thanks to Crisp’s work in recent years, the organisation has a whole range of amazing examples.
In the Skills Alliance for Ukraine, Crisp is represented with three projects:
• HerWork: Ukrainian Women Integration, which seeks to empower Ukrainian women in German and Austrian labour markets, foster integration, diversity management, and offers targeted support;
• Projekt Flügel, which aims to train Ukrainians in Germany on developing projects based on participatory analysis and mentoring them during project implementation; and
• Deutsch-Ukrainischer Dialog, which facilitates German-Ukrainian Dialogue for social integration in Saxony.
