Free People Employment Center
Since 2014, NGO “Free People Employment Center” has been supporting the professional self-realization of: veterans, internally displaced people, people with disabilities, and women. It develops and implements programs, products, and solutions for: companies, organizations, and institutions.
Veteran direction “Decent work for veterans”: the NGO FPEC team helps individuals return to civilian life after service and find themselves within it. The organization offers career and psychological consultations, opportunities for reskilling, upskilling, as well as the “Military Immunity in a Civilian Career” and “peer-to-peer” mentorship programs.
Direction of work with companies: the team supports not only individuals but also organizations. If employers work with veterans, people with disabilities, or internally displaced persons – the NGO FPEC expert team can strengthen these efforts. The team provides consultations, trainings, case analysis, selection of solutions, and development of reintegration programs.
Support direction for internally displaced people: since 2014, the team has been providing IDPs with modern job search tools, supporting career orientation, and promoting employment. Assistance includes psychological and educational support, mentorship, and grants for self-employment and business development.
Funding for NGO FPEC is provided by international and local donors. Since 2014, the organization has been working with Chemonics International, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Mercy Corps, RAZOM for Ukraine, the Ukrainian Veteran Foundation, and ISAR “Ednannia”, USAID, and others.
Corporate partners: the network of corporate partners includes Naftogaz Group, OKKO, Ukrzaliznytsia, Suspilne Ukraine, and others.
Project implementation partners: cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Korn Ferry, Suspilne Ukraine, Lobby X, Human Capital Resilience, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, “Yurydychna Sotnya” (Legal Hundred), “Do Ladu”, and other organizations.
