GoGlobal NGO develops and implements programmes that address the urgent need for career guidance and skills development among Ukrainian youth, particularly in frontline, border, and rural regions. Our work focuses on two core areas: (1) career orientation for school and VET students, and (2) capacity-building for VET institutions and educators to align training with modern labour market demands.

We support young people in navigating their career pathways by providing interactive learning tools, mentorship, and exposure to diverse and in-demand professions essential for Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction. Teachers and career counsellors receive training that enables them to guide students effectively, strengthen their employability skills, and connect them with potential employers.

At the same time, we work with VET institutions to modernise their capacity by introducing contemporary methodologies, practical training resources, and partnerships with businesses. These efforts help VET providers update their programmes and strengthen connections to key industries—including construction, green technologies, and digital skills.

Our initiatives have already reached hundreds of students and educators in affected communities across Ukraine. As part of the Skills Alliance, GoGlobal aims to significantly scale this work by leveraging shared expertise, resources, and networks to ensure that Ukrainian youth are prepared for employment, entrepreneurship, and meaningful participation in national recovery.
