NTC International Co., Ltd. is a Japanese consulting company, serving Sustainable Development Consultancy Services mainly for ODA-funded projects all over the world.  We specialize in project planning and management in six major fields: Rural Development, Water Resources Management and Irrigation Development, Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding, Regional and Community Development, Institutional and Governance Strengthening and Human Resources Capacity Building. We have been active in more than 75 countries and have built up a track record of more than 280 projects. 

Currently, we have been engaged in implementing a JICA horticulture project in Ukraine. This project aims to identify challenges in the small-scale horticulture sector in Ukraine, propose measures to strengthen horticultural agriculture, and develop training programs for small-scale horticultural farmers. High-quality and practical training are provided primarily to women and socially vulnerable groups among small-scale horticultural farmers by public educational institutes, thereby contributing to the increase in their incomes and the country’s economic recovery.
