Prometheus

Prometheus is the largest online professional development platform in Ukraine, founded in 2014. For 10 years, we have been helping Ukrainians gain in-demand skills and build their careers. The platform offers almost 500 online courses, over 400 of which are free. More than 3 million learners trust us. In just the first half of 2025, we helped over 500 Ukrainians retrain and find new jobs.

We work with top experts and employers in Ukraine, translate the best international materials, and help partners organize and share their experience. We support key state reforms by making education accessible even in the hardest times.

On Prometheus you will find courses from the biggest employers in Ukraine and leading global universities, scholarship programs, and everything you need to grow.

Our mission is to make the best education available to everyone. It doesn’t matter how old you are or what experience you have — even ten minutes a day can change everything. We offer both basic knowledge and advanced professional skills for a new career.

In the Skills Alliance for Ukraine, Prometheus is represented with one project:

• The “Prometheus Plus training and employment programme” is a professional training and employment program in partnership with top employers, focused on upskilling and placing talent in high-demand fields.

• Prometheus Vocational Training blended learning program is a blended learning program by Prometheus and top employers to prepare Ukrainians for in-demand vocational jobs in 3–6 months.

As of May 2025, 3,333 people have completed online upskilling measures. This includes 2,356 women.
