SpivDiia Charity Foundation

SpivDiia Charity Foundation is a Ukrainian NGO supporting war-affected people since 2022, with over 4 million people reached through a network of 12 regional hubs. In the area of skills and employment, we implement reskilling and upskilling programmes, career guidance and employment facilitation — focusing on agriculture, construction and the care economy. Between 2022 and 2025, we provided career consultations to 5,812 people, of whom 1,127 found employment. Programmes are delivered through and with local community-based organisations, in line with Ukraine’s Employment Strategy until 2030.
